Congratulations! If you are receiving this, you have overcome the first obstacle and are successfully registered with our Serpents.swimtopia.com site.
The purpose of this message is two-fold:
- To test Swimtopia's communications function. We will still be using the Serpents eNews emails -- as we get into the season, you can likely expect to receive two of those emails per week with important information about upcoming meets and other events. But assuming this test goes as planned, we will also be using Swimtopia's functionality to send alerts.
- To remind you of some deadlines that are (in some cases, very) near. Specifically...
Round 1 for online orders of gear ends TONIGHT (Thursday April 25) at 11:59 p.m. There will be additional rounds of ordering, but this is your chance to get items in time for Meet the Coaches. Link to order: https://stonegateswimteam.us5.list-manage.com/trac...
The deadline to order customized swim caps is May 26. This is a ONE SHOT opportunity! Like last year, this is a two-step process:
1. Fill out the Google form with personal info
2. Then PAY on the Stonegate Swim Club member portal. One $30 order includes two (2) personalized caps with the same name.
And, not necessarily a deadline, but still noteworthy... We just learned from our SwimOutlet Team Sales Rep that the original team suit we selected has been discontinued. If you have already ordered, please know that the suit(s) you ordered will be cool to look at and fast in the pool. But if you have your heart set on getting the new in-stock-and-not-discontinued Team Suit, it is now available on our Serpent site on SwimOutlet. You can get there via the Merchandise page on Serpents.swimtopia.com.
Any families who have already purchased the discontinued suits can return them for free to SwimOutlet. SwimOutlet participates in the Happy Returns program which allows free drop-off at dozens of nearby locations (including the Plaza del Mercado UPS Store) and instant credit/reimbursement once the return is scanned.
