Back by popular demand… Fitter & Faster Swim Camp will be back at Stonegate Pool on Saturday 9/6 & Sunday 9/7 for Olympian coaches to help our swimmers reset, refine their strokes, and head into the new season with confidence and momentum!

Swimmers ages 10 & over (and strong younger swimmers) will focus on racing skills in butterfly and breaststroke.

Across four sessions, athletes will work on underwaters, breakouts, stroke mechanics, open turns, and finishes to improve efficiency and build confidence.

The FFT team works with coaches to identify where focused work could make the biggest impact.

This swim camp will give our swimmers the chance to sharpen their technique and strengthen their love for the sport heading into the fall.
