Because the PVS Swimposium is happening the same weekend and has already sold out, F&F wanted to make sure swimmers still have access to an impactful training opportunity at a competitive price. Swimmers ages 10 & over will focus on racing skills in butterfly and breaststroke, two of the most technical strokes to master. Across four sessions, athletes will work on underwaters, breakouts, stroke mechanics, open turns, and finishes to improve efficiency and build confidence.
