See You at Time Trials on Saturday

That's this Saturday June 6! This is our first meet of the season during which we'll get baseline times for our swimmers. The weather is heating up and our swimmers are too! It should be a fun and exciting way to start the season!
    Swimmer Arrival Time: 8 am
    Meet Start Time: 9 am

Please email Coach Brian at [email protected] ASAP if you cannot make the meet.

All the Time Trials 411 is available here.

    From Your Team Reps

Volunteers Are Essential to the Season, Volunteering is Required by All Families, and We Need LOTS of Volunteers on Saturday for Time Trials!

If your swimmers are attending practices then they are very likely participating in Time Trials (unless you have already communicated to the coaches that they cannot attend). So we need YOU!!! As Time Trials is an internal meet, we need twice the number of volunteers vs. a meet with another pool. Sign up for Saturday and see all the ways you can fulfill your family volunteer obligation in the Swimtopia Signup Calendar.

Pro Tip #1: Bookmark the Meets & Events link (https://serpents.swimtopia.com/swim_meets) for easy access to all job signups throughout the season. You can also sign up to volunteer via the mobile app.

    SERPENT PICTURE DAY!!

Classic Photography will be at the pool on Friday, June 19, to take swim team photos! They will be taking both individual pictures and a team photo. Also, if a family has more than one swimmer on the team, instead of taking individual pics, all the siblings can be in a photo together.

We’ll start taking pictures at 4 and should be done well before the potluck dinner begins. If you can, come a bit early to get in line.

This year, Classic Photography will send each family an email with a QR code a few days before picture day so you can choose your package of photos.

    See you there!
