Please fill out info for each swimmer you want to register. Indicate whether each swimmer will be joining the Regular or the Pre-Team based on the criteria below.

Regular Team: $170/swimmer; $140/swimmer for 3rd, 4th, 5th, or more siblings

Pre-Team: $120/swimmer

All swim team members must be Stonegate Swim Club members in good standing.
